What is Online Coaching and How will it help you achieve your goals ?

Initial Assessment

During this thorough strategy session we'll get to know each other, make sure it's good fit and map out exactly how to get to your goal. We'll discuss your health and injury history and physical capabilities. After discussing everything above, we determine exactly how we can create a plan that makes sense for you and your lifestyle personally.

Customized Nutrition Plan

This where the knowledge and experience come in. We will work together to make sure the plan we set up fits you and your lifestyle. Meal frequency and plan has to fit your schedule and be realistic. We'll set specific calorie target and macronutrient ratios for your body and your goals. If you are 100% against tracking and are scared of MyFitnessPal more than a nuclear bomb, a non-calorie/macronutrient based plan we'll be set for you. Our team can develop a plan for you regardless.

Support & Accountability

To keep you on track we'll have Weekly updates to ensure your program is on point and progressing properly. You will also get access to your coach throughout the week via text and email.

Program Adjustments

We go through different periods and phases in our lives, therefore so does our approach to nutrition. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat, increase performance, or build lean muscle, it’s a process, and there will be strategic adjustments made along the way to help you stay the course.
